Precision bores are finished to H6 / H7 and shafts to g6 / h6 / f7 as required; overall feature grades range from IT8 on general milling up to IT5–IT6 on ground, honed or lapped fits.

Geometric Tolerance Control

Flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity of sealing and mounting faces are controlled at 0.005–0.02 mm, with cylindricity and coaxiality managed on spool bores and rod seating diameters.

Milled Surface Roughness

Standard CNC milled faces reach Ra 1.6–3.2 µm; fine-finish milling reaches Ra 0.8 µm on manifold sealing pads, valve mounting faces and pump joint surfaces.

Every sealing surface, O-ring gland face and spool land is planned with its function in mind: edge breaks are kept consistent, sharp internal intersections are removed so they cannot shed burrs into the circuit, and surface roughness is spot-checked with a portable profilometer rather than judged by eye. Hardness after heat treatment is verified with calibrated hardness testers before finish grinding.

Inspection instruments include the coordinate measuring machine, 2D profile projector, digital height gauges, inside/outside micrometers, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread ring and plug gauges for NPT, BSPP, metric and UNF threads, air gauges for matched bores, roughness testers and hardness testers. Parts are degreased after machining, and finished steel components receive anti-rust treatment before packaging.
