We use sharp single-flute or polished carbide tools, high spindle speed, peck drilling for deep holes, soft fixturing, and air cooling. Parts are stress-relieved when needed and packed with protective film to avoid transport damage.

Can you match a specific PMMA grade?

Yes. Provide the standard and grade from your drawing (for example ASTM D788 Type II or DIN 7748 molding grade) and we will source equivalent cast or extruded stock. If a grade is unavailable, we propose a documented alternative before machining.

What is included in each shipment?

Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report for critical features, material lot identification, and protective packaging. First-article inspection is available on request for new part numbers.
