Impellers are our core specialty, but the same 5-axis capability covers the complete rotating assembly around them. The following custom CNC machined parts are produced from customer drawings, CAD models or reverse-engineered samples, in solid bar, forgings or cast-and-machined blanks.
Custom impellers
Open, semi-open and closed impellers with splitter blades, swept blades and 3D twisted vanes. CNC machined aluminum impellers for compressors, 5-axis CNC machined titanium impellers for high-speed rotors, and stainless steel impellers for corrosive media — milled from solid, forged or cast blanks exactly per drawing.
Diffusers
Vaneless and vaned diffusers with narrow aerodynamic passages matched to the impeller outlet flow. Precision CNC milled diffusers in aluminum, stainless steel and high-temperature alloys, with controlled vane spacing, flat sealing faces and repeatable throat dimensions.
Vane nozzles
Adjustable and fixed vane nozzle assemblies that guide exhaust gas into the turbine wheel. Individual nozzle vanes and complete vane clusters are CNC machined from heat-resistant steels and superalloys, with consistent vane angles, smooth flow surfaces and precise pivot bores.
Nozzle rings
Nozzle rings and shroud rings that locate the nozzle vanes of turbochargers and small turbines. CNC machined or cast-then-machined nozzle rings in super-high-temperature alloys, with accurate hole circles, profile slots and heat-resistant geometry that stays dimensionally stable in service.
Housings
Compressor housings, bearing housings, volutes and casings machined from castings, forgings or solid stock. CNC milled housing components with precise bores, sealing grooves, mounting faces, threaded ports and complex internal contours delivered ready for assembly.
Bearings & sleeves
Journal bearings, thrust bearings, bearing sleeves and bushings for high-speed rotating assemblies. CNC turned and milled bearing parts in stainless, bronze and alloy steels, with fine bore finishes, controlled roundness and stable running clearances.
Shafts
Turbocharger shafts, rotor shafts, turbine shafts and stepped drive shafts. Precision CNC turned, milled and ground shafts with tight concentricity, keyways, threads, seal seats and balancing features, produced from stainless steel, alloy steel and high-temperature alloy.
Rotors, wheels & blisks
Turbine wheels, compressor wheels, blisks and integrated rotor assemblies beyond plain impellers. 5-axis CNC machined bladed rotors cut from one solid blank merge hub and airfoils into a single part, reducing assembly stack-up while raising strength and spin safety.
