Green sand casting and resin sand casting
We provide tow kinds of sand casting technology, green sand casting process and resin sand casting process, with the capacity of 1500 tons per year.
Green sand casting is the most economic casting process, whose granular refractory sand is coated with a mixture of clay and water.
Resin sand casting process can make better surface and precise dimension than green sand casting, due to the resin-bonded sand. However, this process costs more than common green sand casting process.
