Available surface treatments: blackening, phosphating, hard nickel plating, natural anodizing, etc., to improve rust resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Professional deburring technology is applied for complex intersecting oil passages. Finished products undergo high-pressure flushing and deep cleaning to minimize impurities inside oil circuits, effectively reducing risks of internal leakage, external leakage and valve sticking. We are capable of machining various valve mounting holes, sensor mounting holes, throttle holes, drain holes and pressure measuring ports, compatible with mainstream brands of cartridge valves, plate valves, relief valves, directional valves, check valves and throttle valves.
